PSAHPERD Conference is December 5th and 6th at Spooky Nook.  I am extremely excited to attend.  This will be my first state convention.  I am hoping to learn more about health and physical education.  I am also hoping to meet professionals in our field to get some good connections.  There is never too much to learn!

Aquatics

Today in Aquatics we worked on snorkeling and diving.  We learned how to get water out of our masks during snorkeling.  We practiced the front dive, the back dive, and our hurdle for diving.  I enjoyed diving, but it was difficult.  I back smacked a few times, but with Mr. O's advice I was able to fix my mistakes!
